Terms of Service

These terms apply to RouteWag (the "Service"), provided by Syed Muhammad Raza Shah, an individual based in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

RouteWag helps mobile pet groomers manage clients and appointments, accept online bookings, and plan driving routes. Drive times and routes are estimates from third-party map data and may not match real traffic or road conditions. Always follow road signs and use your own judgement.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password private, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for everything done with your account.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts get a 15-day free trial with no payment details required. After the trial you need a paid plan (monthly or annual) to keep using the Service. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices may include taxes collected by Paddle where required.

5. Your data and your clients' data

You own the client and appointment information you put into RouteWag. You are responsible for having permission to store your clients' details and for how you use them. We process this data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for anything illegal, to send spam, to harm others, or to try to break or overload the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep RouteWag running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update the Service and these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Contact us to have your account and data deleted.
