How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, who handles refunds. To request one, reply to your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or email us at contact@routewag.com and we'll arrange it.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and won't renew.
